Transcription Rates:

Standard – $0.95/minute

(for example, excessive background noise and/or poor dialogue volume)

Data Entry:

Our data specialists are versed in a variety database software. Projects have ranged from payroll entry, to census data, to maintaining donor contacts – we do it all. We’ll complete your data entry project with precision and speed. It’s what we were built for – we’re proud data dweebs.


Data Entry Rates:

Copy Editing:

Extra! Extra! Seasoned copy editors available for hire – Academics, journalists, former playwrights, and corporate copy editors are standing by to perfect your finished product. A wide array of backgrounds means we can respond to your specific style and content needs.


Copy Editing Rates:

Standard – $30/hr

*Editing speed varies dependent upon scope/complexity of project

(Approximate Range:  3 – 6 pages per hour)

*We will assign the team member best suited for your style requirements and content.

Service Details:

*Deposit of 20% of total cost is required prior to start.


  • $15 deposit due prior to initializing work on $75 worth of transcribed audio (about 1 hour, 20 minutes of audio; remaining $60 due at completion)
  • $120 deposit due prior to initializing work on $600 worth of copy editing (20 hours of editing; remaining $480 due at completion).
